I first heard of the day zero project over 10 years ago. I made my list, but I quickly abandoned it, and I can't tell you what was on it. But I can tell you that having daydreams and goals is vital to my mental health.

I started this list on July 13, 2023. Or, let's say I hit *play* on that day, but as of right now, on 7/28/23, I still do not have 101 goals listed. I want to make sure they're all meaningful to me, and that I will get at least something more than a dopamine hit from each item that I check off. On the other hand, a lot of the meaningful goals will take time to complete, so I would like some easier, shorter goals to work on along the way.

I'll update the list here as I add more goals, and continue adding updates as I go. I've tried to categorize things, but so many things fall into more than one category. I still stuck with this format, though. You could technically call the Community & Social category a sub-category of Mental & Spiritual Health, and Adventure & Travel could also fit in Just for Fun, as could at least a few from most other categories.
